All our items are ready to post and will be packed with care, due to the fragile nature of ceramics we will always do our best to ensure your goods arrive safely at your door step.

All items packed and shipped within 3-5 business days by Australia Post
Due to the current COVID situation shipping may be delayed

Pick up is available within Sydney and must be arranged before purchase

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of hand made ceramics we do not exchange or refund for
change of mind.
Any breakages in shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package
Please photograph any breakages that may have occurred during shipment. Any used items can not be returned or exchanged.
